• From junction 1 of the M27 WEST motorway, take the left hand lane of the slip-road down to the roundabout.
• Take the first exit left and move into the right hand lane to the next roundabout.
• Take the third exit, heading for Lyndhurst and the New Forest. Follow this road all the way to the traffic lights at the bottom. Beware of the speed cameras on this road, as well as the deer.
• At the traffic lights you have to turn left, entering a one-way system. Immediately move to the right hand lane and bear right - opposite the Ferrari/Masarati dealership.
• Stay in the right hand lane and bear right again. Follow signs to Christchurch - A35. Immediately move into the left hand lane and carry on. Do NOT bear right.
• At the junction turn left onto the A35. Go past a pub on the bend on the left (painted white, The Swan) and stay on this road for 10 miles. Turn left at the monument onto the B3055, directly opposite Dream Kitchen Designs - a converted barn.
• Beware of a sharp left-hand bend and more speed cameras on this country lane. Stay on this road for 1.5 miles and turn right onto Stem Lane, immediately after the Sammy Miller's Motorcycle Museum (a converted barn), on the right hand side of the lane.

• After passing two roads on the left a lay-by will appear on the left-hand side of Stem Lane. "JOBZ-A-GUDN" is the last bungalow at the end of this lay-by. There is a telegraph pole outside, on the corner. Leave the car at the end of this lay-by and proceed through the front gate to the front door - where a warm welcome awaits.
